Hello, I'm from Brazil, sorry my English.
I need your help: I can not put the google map, I've done the API key. The map where it should be, is black. In Opensrteet BingMaps also failed. The project is still offline.
And my other problem is when I attach a video.mp4, he is lying down and inverted.
Please help me out!
Thank you

for which API Version do you have a key:
APIv2 (Flash) (supported by panotour pro 1.8 - but no new keys are releaed by google)
or APIv3 (JavaScript) (currently only with krpano, and witch next 2.0 panotour pro)

In offline mode, Google maps will not be displayed. If I understand your problem.

The Google maps option is no longer supported by the Panotour maps feature, unless you obtained an appropriate Flash API key before these were deprecated.

You should select the Bing maps option instead.

Check you have the Flash local security settings configured appropriately:

The orientation of the embedded video depends on the order you draw the rectangular hotspot corners, you normally need to start top left and proceed clockwise.

if you use ptp 1.8 than a krpano license is embedded you can Export. so you than can now use the krpano package which does have more modern map supports (allthow some of the plugins there are to pay for seperately) also Google maps...
... so no Need to wait for panotour 2.0 (which many of us are waiting since last photokina and earlier ;-))
