Thats strange.. Using the krpano swf file its fine.. However, I cannot use that to show you since it comes up with a licence error so I have to use my own licence.. Its only when I replace the krpano.swf to my file that the cube faces can be seen... http://members.westnet.com.au/dps/Klausdaynight/day-night.html
This will take a moment to load.. So, what make it change...??

I have just tried with your cube faces and dropped them into the original 720 blend file and find it hard to see the cube face edges..

The top screen shot is my licence with krpano.swf .. The bottom one is the original krpano.swf ... You cannot see the cub faces or at least very hard to see.. I cannot post the url since I will get a licence error....

You´re right!
I´ll do some editing - maybe it´s the order of layering/blending.

But basically: no client complained so far about this - it´s clear that it is no high-end special effects like in the movies (they would have to pay much more for this). So i guess unless you go for pixelpeeping it´s ok as it is.

A major issue is in such situations: i couldn´t let the setup exactly where it is to waiting for darkness. So the second setup on the spot is shifted a bit - which gets more visible by the geometrical parts in the scene.

best, Klaus

guess i should drop Klaus a note.

Strange: the seam is much more visible on the web - i don´t see it locally!

Guess it could be color-management . . .
