Hi,

I tried searching for this error but couldn't find it in the forums.

I have a panorama of 76 images that is able to be rendered properly in Autopano Giga 2. I tried the same panorama in 2.5.0RC2 and during the detection/?preview rendering? process it gave me the following error:

Preview error
Bad nCols,nRows
File: "AutoPanoKernel\\RenderPreview2.cpp" Line: 67

I had enabled Assume row/column shooting since the photos were taken with a gigapan unit. If I disable this option the panorama renders but in a very less than ideal state.

I can supply the photos but I as they are very large I would prefer not to publicly post them or my website hosting will not like me. :)

Hi, Welcome to the forum,

I would strongly advice you to prevent using this 'assume raw/column shooting' check box without using the dedicated gigapan plugin.
We need this plugin to tell how many line and column there are. If you enable it directly without providing these values, it can leads to crash ( you should not be allowed to do that, I agree ).

I open an issue to prevent the use of this check box without using gigapan plugin first.
