Is there any way to convert planar Gpix into HTML5?

Hello,
I am looking for some advise how to publish planar/cylindrical Gpix on HTML5?
...is this way to canvas image size up to 2:1 and restrict wiever parameters xml?

Planar or cylindrical - you need to decide.

You can use up to 120 - 140° for planar projection - preferably Panini.
For cylindical you can have 360° - but you´ll have bent horizontals.

You could have to render as spherical and 'pad' it to 2:1 - but the HTML5 panorama viewer supplied with PTP 1.8 does not honour the virtual crop on the VFOV.

So it's a non-starter.
