Problem running Papywizard Mosiac or Preset sequences

New user. We just got everything up and running this weekend. All was going well until this afternoon. Papywizard will no longer run sequences for Mosaic or Preset profiles. I can still control the pitch and yaw of the head with the directional arrows, but when I try to run a preset or mosaic sequence, nothing happens. In the dialog window that pops up after clicking on "Shoot" in the main window, The status says "active", the start button is lighted, but when clicked on, nothing happens.

The only thing we were doing when it quit working was changing the timer configuration settings (turning them on). We had also stopped a preset mid-shoot. We were shooting a 2 second exposure and the head was moving to the next position before the shutter had closed. So in the midst of trying to change time intervals something fouled up. I don't know whether it is related or if it was coincidence.

I can trigger the shutter under the "Hardware" drop-down. So the papywizard is communicating in some fashion, but not completely.

There appears to be an error in the log file, it says "Axis 1 can't sent command".

I have cleared the log and just turned on Papywizard and tried to run a preset. When I click on shoot it shows the areas it should be shooting with the yellow circle. The device does not center itself. It will not respond in mosaic mode. I can manually control the head with the arrows. I have pasted the code below.

There is a problem under MacOS: the counter window does not show up. To fix that, just turn this feature off in the Configuration (last tab).

That solved the problem. Thank you so much. We were worried the panogear head would not work with the MacBook Pro. I cannot wait to take it out and use it.
