Sorry DamoRed.
What I've said in French is quite like this :
As many people that could be interested into the meeting are also located not far from us in the Grenoble / Chambery Area, I've proposed to rent a bus for the travel. This simplify the traveling ( won't cost a lot in fact compared to several cars ), it would be great because we can talk during the travel and finally, it's green :)

Once again, this subject has failed to gather any momentum. I've been looking forward to this so much since it was mentioned, and now I am worried at this point that it will be left too late to be able to arrange anything.

I know there's maybe not a lot that can be done about booking a venue until it has been discussed here and decided by consent of those who will attend, but this is exactly what we need.

We need to keep it alive and moving.

Yes, I agree. The decision will come soon ( probably after the release ). We're a bit buzzy on that task actually.

We propose either the week-end of 4 and 5 July, or the one of 11 and 12 July. The location we are thinking of is Cologne, as we have an interpreter there.
Is that OK for everyone?

Great, I'd much prefer 11-12th July, as I'll be elsewhere on the 4-5th July. Having looked forward to this, I'd be loathe to miss it if it's on the wrong weekend.
