---

For the panobook :
If you are logged in, it will recognize you as a participant and put directly the good price.

Great, thanks. Only one more problem, when I try to pay using a credit card, I get only

---snip---
API ERROR
Error reading certificate file (/home/sites/kolor/www.kolor.com/buy/lib/atos/certif.en.047924775100023)
---snip---

when I try to place my order.

Bonjour Beeloba,

Alexandre, I received an error when pressed "Place order" button:

Also, there is no way to provide credit card information...

I am trying to buy the Panobook. Site tells me that my email address is already known but none of the passwords I have tried so far are valid. Specifically the password I know of for buy.kolor.com is not recognised.

I see some postings below mostly in French.

Could we have some specific advice in English about how to log in to make a purchase. Also there seems to be something about a login and a discount? As I write this, I am certainly logged into the forum, as leedsjoe, should that make some difference?

I had the new password sent to me by email, and then manually changed it on kolor.com site

Yup, I am really looking forward to being able to send the Panobook to my daughter and her partner, both for many years devotees of photography, and ideal recipients of such a present.

This is a bug that has been solved. Sorry for that. It concerned all english users that could not use the Credit Card system.

Take care about some fact :
- This system needs a state and a telephone number (I will try to patch manually the database to prevent that, but I'm not sure I can make it ).
- If you were participating to the panobook, you should directly have the right price ( around 13 euros ), if not, contact me. You'll get the right price only if you are logged to your account. The system has not other way to know which price to apply.

EDITED : I've fixed the telephon number issue, but not the state. You'll have to change it.

Bonjour,
