Hi, I'm having issues with charging my Gigapan Epic Pro.

The charger, when plugged in to an outlet, lights up green, but turns off when I connect it to the Gigapan battery.

Connecting the charger directly to the Gigapan (with the battery removed) causes the light to remain green. As soon as I press the power button, the unit turns on, but shuts off as soon as I let go of the power button.

Now, while the charger is connected to the Gigapan without a battery and the battery light is still green, as soon as I insert the battery into the Gigapan, it turns off just like when I power the battery by itself.

So, there seems to be some sort of problem with charging the battery, but also some sort of problem with plugging the Gigapan in with no battery inside as that does not work either.
Is it the Gigapan, is it the charger?

Thank you.
