The Skywatcher Merlin Non-Goto - Celestron Power Tank Best Connection?

by zhiker » Thu Feb 21, 2013 6:51 pm

So here is the simple question, if you have Skywatcher Merlin Non-Goto and
Celestron Power Tank Model #18774 what would be your best choice for a connection?
Tek Info, 2 Car Plugins (DC 12 volt output), or 3 output connections (3v, 6v, 9v).
Thanks in advance for the info. zhiker

Use one of the 12V outlets.

Thanks mediavets for the info, so off I went to Radio Shack and as usual the only package
they had was already torn open, but the Car Power Adapter works and they
gave me a 1 year extended warranty, so no harm, no foul, so far.
here are the stats for Car Power Adapter:
enercell 12vdc*2A Stock No. 270-052, Universal adapter plugs tips (A,B,H,M)
for your merlin you will use the "M" Plug Tip.
Hopes this helps......zhiker
