Including EXIF data so that Facebook etc.recognizes panorama

I noticed that Autopano Pro includes a comment in the EXIF data, something like: "Kolor stitching | 13 pictures | Size: 25508 x 3983 | Lens: Standard | RMS: 2.45 | FOV: 360.00 x 51.43 ~ -7.03 | Projection: Cylindrical | Color: LDR |"

When I post on Facebook or open in an augmented reality-type viewer, that metadata is insufficient - Facebook does not recognize that it is a panorama and activate their panorama viewer. For that to happen, certain EXIF fields have to be present (more information here: https://facebook360.fb.com/editing-360-photos-injecting-metadata/ ).

Is there a way to get Autopano to fill in the appropriate metadata?

Hello,

Any panorama created with recent versions of Autopano Pro/Giga (from v3.5) contains all the required values to be uploaded to facebook directly.
Which version are you using? Did you make any pre-processing which removes the EXIF? What file format are you using? Have you tried with JPG for instance?

Best,
Olivier
