Program crushes permanently

Hello
I just started with Autopano yesterday and i got the problem that the program always crushes when i click on blend. Sometimes it crushes when i want to cut the video but that only happened twice yet.
It happens as well when i create a new Project and use other files.
Informations:
Winodws 7, 64bit
Software: Autopano Pro Version 4.2.3
Using 6 Videos in mp4
Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Andy ideas for solutions?

Hello,

Have you had a look at the troubleshooting section you can reach via the Help menu? Also, have you sent the crash reports via the dedicated window?

Hello,

This can be due to a wrong GPU driver, in the general preferences, unticked "Use system file browser", consult the "Known issues" section of the troubleshoting page.
Are you able to send a crash report?

Okay, I unticked the "Use system file browser" check box, as you requested, and also uploaded a crash report.

look how long ago v4.23 was released... don´t expect the bugs reported here to be fixed any time soon.

kolor has abanoned autopano as it seems.....

Hello, I reformatted my computer and still have the same problem. Preview cache has been enabled: buffer size, 1000Mi, and JPEG quality 11. Use system file browser box has been unchecked.

Hello Aaqib,

Can you give me the brand of your computer, the system installed and its exact version, which version of Autopano Video is used, the GPU brand and model?
Does the crash occurs with all the projects and what are you doing exactly when it crashes?
Have you tried with our video samples (http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action/vie ... ow#Samples) and have you also tried with the Pro version?
Have you followed ALL the recommendation we provide in the troubleshooting section?

Hi,

I have the same problem. Anytime when I try to edit my stiched video in APG clicking on edit AVP button, the program does not open up and AVP crushes. Even when I tried to make a screen shot to send you, a message box popped up and said not enough memory on my computer. ( must be a settings problem but I can not figure out what)
PC - configuration
win 8.1 Pro, 64 bit
64 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 970
Autpano Video Video Pro 64 bits 2.3.3
Autopano Giga 64 bits 4.2.3

I have no idea what is the problem. Have you got any suggestion?

Hi,

Can you try with AVP 2.5 and give me the brand of the computer (remove previous versions prior to install tne latest one)? Are you able to upload a crash report as well?

Hi,

i tried out (just now) avp 2.5
I opened a project and then when I hit edit button the following message appeared.

hi,

the only message I received- was the pop up window message that I already uploaded. ( i had no crush report) It was just annoying to not be able to use a program as I used to. (this problem started a few days ago. before, everything was okay)
My desktop computer was put together mainly for video editing it has no special brand.
