Edit Lightroom photos in Autopano.

by haraldebeltoft » Mon Apr 06, 2015 9:50 pm

I'm using both Adobe Lightroom CC and Autopano Pro 4.0.
I've registered AutopanoPro_x64.exe as additional external editor in Lightroom.

I can highlight photos in Lightroom, and choose "Edit in autopanoPro_x64.exe), and copies (with lightroom adjustments) are transferred to Autopano Pro.

However, maximum 23 photos are appearing in the panorama detection window in Autopano. I've tried several times
with 36 and 42 photos highlighted in Lightroom, 36 and 42 photos are exported, but only 23 photos imported to AutoPano.

Is there a photo limit for the transfer from Lightroom to Autopano?

I thought 'additional external editor' in Lightroom was for one photo at a time, so I learned something.
If 23 is the limit, you should use the the lightroom export to Autopano plug in.
However, I don't now if it is available for Autopano Giga only, or for Autopano pro as well. I use Autopano Giga and the plug-in is called Export to Autopano Giga.

I got the same limit (23 out of 26 in my case)
It works better if APG or APP is already running. In my case I got 2 groups 23+3

This is a workaround that worked for me (no limitation):
So open Export dialog box then select "Export to Hard Drive" and in the section "Post-Processing" choose Autopano Giga or Autpano Pro... then save your preset ...
That's it :-)

The lightroom export plugin is for Autopano Giga only.
