Download problems

I have been trying to download the latest update since last weekend and cannot seem to get a connection that is faster than 15-20Kb/s or even that keeps the connection long enough to download the file.

I am using safari from the US, tried Chrome, firefox and other machines including those from another site/Internet provider. My usual download speeds range from 1.5-2.0 MB/s from any other website so I can only conclude the problem is here.

Any suggestions to try to get the latest autopano giga update?

does anyone know how to get support around here? I am still having download problems and no answer from the folk at Kolor...there does not appear to be any other way to contact them or is there?

This is a bit frustrating.

Hello,

If you can tell me precisely which version you want to download (version, Autopano Pro/Giga, which platform) I can send you a download link for the installer via WeTransfer.

Thanks in advance,

Hello Annis,

I would like to download the latest stable update to Autopano Giga for Mac (3.6.3 I believe). Any idea why this doesn’t work correctly without special intervention?

thanks
