Video rotated 90 deg in final tour

by zimmerman » Sun Jan 26, 2014 12:38 pm

I´ve included video snapshoot so it fits well, saved the apg project in the same folder as the jpg and png snapshoot. Tried whith both 16 and 50 mm for the png. Left it checked and unchecked. But in the final panotour the movie is rotated 90 deg. Any idé what can be wrong?

I´ve tried to find the answer in the forum but i find "your not autherized to read this forum" a little to many times now. i´ve an account and obviously registered in this forum, so how can i get a authorization to read the special forum.

Yes, its livepano.Everything photographed whith 16 mm as the movie. Sorry. In the tutorial it says that you shall change the the recognized 16mm to 50 mm for the PNG but still use fish eye. Everything looks fine untill i build it in ptp.

Using APG, to set the reference image for the video by extracting the first frame of the video using VLC.. All you need to do after that is load your pano images using APG, as well as your single extracted image, making sure you set that single image to fisheye. Then process your pano.. Save the APG files... Then in PTP, 'Import LivePano'. You will be asked where your APG files are and the video.. Its just a mater or following the wizard from there on. At the end, add all your other plugins, other panos to your Tour then build.. The video should display at the right way up.. The registration image makes this happen...

Thankyou for your replay, i´ve done all that and i made a new right now from an another room and every one works ok but that one. Do you now if it´s still important to change the vlc image to 50 mm instead of keeping it at 16 mm. I´ve found to different tutorials. I can´t see any difference but it might cause some trouble randomly if i do it wrong.

Oh I see.. Yes.. Don't worry about that.. Just put fisheye...

What ever you do, do not try to rotate your video... You leave it as shot.. It should all work...
