Creating a pano from 500 images taken by a drone

by lmonette » Thu Sep 19, 2013 1:58 pm

I have a bunch of photos from an canon sx230 hs geotagging enabled, that I attached to a small RC plane. With autofire enabled it took photos every 2 seconds so the overlap is great. The drone flew no more than 400ft above the surface. The terrain is grass, trees dirt roads and ponds. I would love to know what setting folks with experience with the software would use? Any help please??

Does changing the focal length for each image to 1000mm make any difference? Read on the forum that it helps with similiar images
Canon 400D / Canon 24-105mm L / Sigma 8mm f3.5 FE / Sigma 10-20mm / Sigma 70-300mm / NN3 & R1 / PS CS2 / LR3 / Enfuse
