Upgrade problem...

I am trying to upgrade from APP to APG. But something seems to be broken on the Ordering system.

Following the instructions here:
I click on "My Account" at the top of that page.
Then I click on My Upgrades
I shows that APG 2.5 is available for 100EU.
To the right of it, there is a arrow labeled Order. When I click on it, It gets me to this screen:
This page shows my past orders, Account information, etc. On the left it says that my cart is empty. There is no place anywhere that shows where I can order the update and how to pay for it.
I even tried to put APG in the cart but it only shows the full 199EU price, not the upgrade price.

Has anyone else run into this?

It could happen in some case, but we have a solution through the customer support by email.
I'll pass that to them.

Just wanted to add (so this discussion can be closed) that I did receive an email from ccc (?) which gave me an alternate way of upgrading and everything worked out great.

I just did it today!

I logged in to my account. Then I opened "Updates"

There you can see the different forms with the green arrows.
Scroll down to FAQ
There it's written, that you just can download

Click on blue "download"
But there is no 2.5!

Take Autopano pro2.6 for your version of PC (windows or else and the correct bits)
Download it. Attention: not betaversion but the definitive one on top!
Then install and open program and registrate it with your former keynumber!

That's all.

2.6 accepted it! :D
