Registration Issue going to Autopano 3.0

So i have been using the Autopano video + Giga (Version 2.6) and recently tried to upgrade to 3.0 but received an error saying I need to "upgrade". I went to my account to try and find an option but couldn't find it. Does this mean I need to pay to use 3.0? Pretty upsetting if I have to, as I already paid a good chunk of my money purchasing everything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you~

Basically if you purchased your Autopano Video Pro license before May 17, 2017 then the upgrade is not free, I'm sorry.

so.. im stuck in 2.6 and barely had a chance to use it and now have to pay to use the same program thats been upgraded. this is very disappointing as a customer.

Hi subgnak,

So first AVP 2.6 is still the stable version, AV 3.0 is only in the release candidate phase.
You can still try the AV 3.0 version using the trial version available on our website (with some restrictions though)

Yes I am aware of everything. Still doesn't change the fact I purchased the Omni bundle for a heap of cash and now I need to spend more.
