Problems when stitching dual kodak pixpro sp360 4k material

by Vittoria » Mon Jun 18, 2018 11:09 pm

Hi.

I have recorded a trip in Uganda where I placed my two kodak pixpro sp360 cameras back to back on a moped wanting to capture a 360 view of the country's capital city.

Everything went fine when recording but now I seem to have a problem when stitching that I can't find an answer to anywhere online. (I am very new at stitching)

Since each camera records at 235° I see that the sides overlap each other in the stitching process.
For example; half of the hand of the guy who is driving the moped disappears meanwhile parts of the side mirror can be seen.
I'm not sure I am making myself clear here but hopefully somebody understands what I mean and can help me make some sense of this.

All the best,
Vittoria
