Weird nadir issue

Weird nadir issue

Hi everybody
autopano giga is getting pretty good when I do two nadir images and have them together with the other images, but now I have detected a weird problem.

When I have the image 'normal' I for some reason see my nodal ninja at the bottom. But when I turn the image 90 degrees and render it, it is gone? That just seems weird somehow, as the program should detect it anyways? I have attached two screenshots.

I use roundshot vr2 xml but how stitch nadir?
