I have been happily using APG with my Nikon D700 for some time. I now have a Nikon D4s - which is a new model.
APG doesn't stitch the .NEF files. It doesn't detect a panorama.
If I convert the .NEF's to .tif - all is fine.
I had a similar problem with 'Lightroom' and the new D4s - an updated version of Lightroom resolved the issue.

When will APG have a software update to allow it to handle the .NEF's from the D4s?

Please help!

many thanks

Chris

You are always better off using a specialised RAW convertor before stitching rather that using RAW (NEF) files as input to APG.

Just stiched a whole bunch of NEF's. Would love to test my new defaults settings on your NEF's. Can you send them in dropbox or wetransfer so I can test my settings against them?
