[APG 3.0 RC1 Win7 x64] camera and lens database allways overwritten

by lumelix » Fri Dec 07, 2012 2:21 pm

The camera sensor and lens database files (cameras.txt and lensid.txt) are always overwritten after edited when starting APG.
What's the reason ?
So how edit new lenses or sensors like the iXA180 ?
Regards
Martin

Hi Martin,

The camera and lensid are in the following directory "AppData\Local\Kolor\Autopano Giga 3.0\Kolor\Data", and yes, they are indeed overwriteen at startup. To add manually camera or lens, you have to copy the 2 files in the directory "AppData\Local\Kolor\Autopano Giga 3.0\User\Data", and edit them.

Those ones will not be overwritten and should be loaded instead of the ones in the Kolor directory.

Regards,
Thomas

Thanks, Thomas!
It works this way!
I have forgotten this user-folder completely ;)
