Problem

by klausesser » Mon Jan 11, 2010 6:49 am

Making a tour with APT i have a problem the the last node: it´s a planar image which should start at a narrow angle and end with showing the whole picture.
I set "spot view" and "default view" as usual to define start and end for the movement in transition.

Here´s the tour - watch the behavior of the last node:

http://www.360impressions.de/k21.html

i posted the xml files of the last two nodes (K2112.xml and k2115.xml) here:

http://krpano.com/forum/wbb/index.php?page=Thread&postID=10758#post10758

start-/spotview:

panoview/default view:

It´s a plane view - no cubic. It´s about 14000px wide and i set the cuttingsize to 512.

Any clue?

best, Klaus

I think the transition is aviable only combining with a hotspot ("spot view" to ...)
I don't know if there is a way to get the same effect of transition with a single view...
Best,
Laurent

Hi Laurent!

There is a hotspot leading to this node - and there´s a hotspot in this node to lead to the following node.

But i solved the problem already with the help from Klaus (KR).

look here: http://www.360impressions.de/k21.html

P.S.: it stalls a lot - seems to be a server-problem.

P.S.: the problem was "K" instead of "k" . . . . using "k" it´s forewarded, using "K" it´s not. Or so . . .

Klaus,

The tour is looking good.

I think I found you 'haunting' the shop:

Klaus,

What's with the 'pistol' - is it an art work?

I tried to delete the image from my post - no success. How can i do it? I used the "delete" button.

Sorry - i had to delete the whole post.

Andrew: the pistol is an object created by Olaf Metzel. It´s part of the K21´s collection of contemporary art of the 21st century (therefore "k21").

I'm sure that in the UK such an object outdoors would either have been stolen or defaced with grafitti.
