[APT beta 0.95 Win2K Pro] Does APT require GPU support?

Does the 3D settings view requitre GPU support? - because it is not working properly on my old IBM Thinkpad T23, 1Ghz PIII and IGB RAM, running Windows 2000 Pro SP4.

Alexandre has answered this elsewhere - APT requires a video system and drivers that provide support for OpenGL 1.1.
