Help!

by dean6553 » Wed Jan 12, 2011 8:19 pm

Help please! I am a new user of Autopano Giga and Autopano Tour and am having problems sending completed tours by email.

If I view it on my own machine or with a disk containing all files and folders it is fine, but if I zip the folder and send it the recipient gets the following messages:

Warning: Not local trusted- ExternalInterface Disabled!
Error: download of "[filename]/[filename]0/preview.jpg" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_right.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_minus.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_left.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_plus.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_up.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_down.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/graphics/btn_home.png" failed
Error: download of "[filename]/[filename]0/0" failed

Please could some kind person tell me what I am doing wrong and how I go about emailing a tour to someone else who can then upload it to a website.

Many thanks in advance. :)

Dean

do you use the demo or do you have a license?
(demo can be run locally but not on webspace online...)

which version of APG and APT you're using, and why not the latest releasecandidates APG2.5 RC and PTP RC2?

"Not local trusted" sounds like that your receipient does have not set correct permissions for flash plugin...
see here:
http://www.autopano.net/forum/t10016-fail-to-render-some-views-errors

you could also use the embedd all feature so only one file containing the complete tour can be sent via email...
so problems with folder names etc can be avoided. In general avoid spaces and special characters in path and filenames. German umlauts acents etc are no good idea...
