Kolor eyes only shows black screen?  [SOLVED]

Hi
I have the latest version, but it shows only black videos. sound is played but no video. And I have saved the videos at 25fps as I know that there were some playback issues at 59fps. The videos play normal when I upload them to kolor eyes online... and I had it now with several videos which sucks quite a bit

windows 8.1, 16gb ram and 2 gb nvidea 850m gtx

Have you tried to change the video plugin in Kolor Eyes?
