Hey.. I do not have a 400mm lens but I do have a Sigma 50-500mm and that works ok on my VR Drive.. Kolor have now added the VR Drive to their Store.. To be honest I am so surprised that the VR Drive was not added long ago.. After all, APG has software to support it..

A cheaper option and a still a very good one would be the MK PanoMachine http://vr-head.com/index.php
Excellent customer service and tech support from Mac..
