Rata - are you talking about the police or the suspects? does Norway have stricter laws? In the US, cities like LA and NY are known for having heavy handed police.

That would be the suspects, and yes, Norways has pretty strict laws on this subject.
To be allowed to film or take pictures (as a pro, not hobby flights) You need basically the same paperwork as a small chopper company and there is strict regulations on
flight height max 100m (they where up to 240m)
Flying out of sight with fpv is not allowed.
Flying over ppl in general, not allowed
Permit for every flight, aparently not done.
Flying over infrastructure (the bridge and roads) not allowed
Flying over restricted areas. (presuming the bridge is restricted area)
Flying in restricted airspace. (anywhere with flight traffic, esp cops flying around is restricted airspace)

And a bunch more i could prolly throw on that list too. The penalty for a flight like theirs is from 2 to 22 years prison, in Norway..
Thats the same category as rapists and murderers, so yeah, id say Norway is pretty strict on this.

For a hobby flight you can pretty much fly anywhere at any time unless restricted space and out of line of sight. The tricky part is when its a camera involved.

As for police and hand weights.. I know right. lol
Still, for something to score 2 - 22, in Norway... that is pretty inpressive.
22 years is the same penalty as the murderer that killed the entire iceland of 77 ppl, and bombed the goverment buildings in Norway got.....
