Panotour 2.5 RC view problem

by Sluhi » Wed Dec 09, 2015 12:09 am

Image and video hotspot change their place when you use fisheye, architercture view.
When yiu rotate pano (fisheye for example) right - your image hotspot change position a little bit righter, when you rotate pano left - your image hotspot change position a little bit lefter (like parallax effect but i don't use parallax effect). In normal view works good and image hotspot always on place.

Welcome to the forum,
Could you provide an online example of a tour where you are noticing this issue?

What browser(s) and version have you tested?
What are your hotspot (image and video) style settings?

I haven't been able replicate the issue.

Same questions as your other post, can you provide an online example? What browser(s)?

What are the image dimensions? Does the same thing happen with EVERY jpg image? If not, can you share your image?

I tried to test this bug. I can only say that how on this tour (included) always on chrome with making maximum zoom out. I also will try this with another parameters and browser because i can't say with 100% that it is only on chrome (sometimes I see this bug on Firefox).

Okay I understand now.

I've merged both your topics as they are related to the same issue. It's a problem with the HTML5 Player, which doesn't support the placement of rectangular hotspots (image, video, livepano, webcontent, etc..) correctly in projections other than the default one and the placement doesn't become as precise. Only the Flash Player could.
