Hi... Not sure why its black but those + are some other media plugin you have added, such as a Web Content perhaps... It seems some media plugins cannot be supported by VR Mode, not sure which one or if all are effected.. I need to test that.... What is the pano type you have here.. Is it a Video Scene or a Pano Images...

Do you have any 360x180° panoramas in your tour? If you don't then all you'll get is a black screen.

Scenes
Only full 360°x180° scenes are kept. If there are no 360x180° scenes, then the tour will be empty (blank screen).

Yes, all right, played with a single photo on the tour because of this problem, and now it has become a problem for me, how to explain to the client that he has paid for aerial photography but to use this image can not be due to limitaion

This issue might be resolved in the final release but remember you are using a BETA version of software which is released for users to test for new features, bugs, limitations, etc.

If I'm understanding the problem correctly, the VR mode just shows a black screen when the current pano isn't a 360x180? If so then a simple fix for you would be to fake the existing aerial shot into a 360x180 image? By this I mean expand the canvas of the aerial shot to a 2:1 ratio and fill the newly expanded areas with black, grey or just an out of focus/pixelated sky and ground? Maybe even just have some info boards about the business floating in mid air or get creative and put a billboard of all pano thumbnails in the fake expanded area with a hotspot on each thumb allowing the user in VR mode to quickly jump to one of the other scenes?

This isn't really a limitation of PTP though, by its very nature VR mode should allow users to look around in a full 360x180 environment. If the source pano ISN'T 360x180 what would happen when they got to the edge of the view? Perhaps the default action in the next release of PTP2.5 should be to force any non 360x180 images to a 2:1 ration filling the void with black?
