It's not possible through PTP interface.

But you can do it manually into the code.
As a livepano is like a video spot, you have to call the "play" and "pause" action of the livepano through your toggle button.

Hi @benji33, could you be more specific, we also want to know, because we are using livepano as well.
Thanks

A livepano has the "onclickspotvideoXY" (where XY is the number of the video spot into the xml) action into the YOURTOUR.xml file. This is the toggle play/pause action of the spot.

Simply add a point spot with a basic action as "go to panorama".
Then you have to edit the hotspot code to make it as a toggle button.

Have a look on "onclickspotpointYZ" action where YZ is the number of the point spot and replace the code into by :
Code: Select all
<action name="onclickspotpointXY">
    onclickspotvideoYZ(true);
</action>

You also have the ability to use through the interface a play / pause button over the livepano.
You can also use this functionnality and change the asset manually into the code to use you own icons.
Have a look on the play and pause buttons into YOURTOUR_skin.xml file nammed: spotvideoXY_playbtn and spotvideoXY_pausebtn

Is it possible to have the video aspect play automatically when that part of the pano is in view?
A bit like the panoramic sound plugin. I think it would make for a simpler and more streamlined experience for the user. In some cases...

Well in the flash player, videos could also have directional sound but they didn't play/pause with the direction.
