Livepano integration problems

Good evening,

I have been working with Panotour Pro (release 2) and Livepano the last two years. After several tours with awesome results, nowadays I’m experiencing big problems with colours in livepano integration. Different behaviors in different navigators (chrome, opera, firefox, ie…). Internet explorer Edge would be the worst.

I have noticed that the software is not using the panorama to fill the parts outside the mask. If you make a mask smaller than the livepano area, you will notice a great difference in brightness between the livepano area and the rest of the panorama.

Please see the pictures attached as example. Note the difference between a good tour in the past (without touching brightness, colour… practically with default options) and the best performance that I’m affording now with a lot of combinations probed.

My software profile is:

Panotour PRO 64bits v2.5.8
Livepano (actived license)
Autopano Giga 64bits v3.7.1

Windows 10 Home (fully updated)
VLC v2.2.6 umbrella (snapshots creation. I’ve tried with windows media player too)

Camera and others:
Canon EOS 7D mark II
Sigma 8mm (Camera lens)

Please, give me a hand because I don’t know what I have to do.

Is this the type of customer care that we have after spending more than 1000€??
