Files different when saved and re-opened

Hi, I'm running Autopano Giga v2.0.9 under macos 10.5.8 and I'm finding that I can create a panorama with good values but when I save and re-open it some information in the saved file is getting scrambled and the re-opened file is no longer identical to the original state.

For instance this is the RMS of my saved file:

<totalRMS> 2.98918 </totalRMS>

However saving and re-opening this back up into Autopano gets me this:

<totalRMS> 4.96447 </totalRMS>

I've looked through the text files Autopano saves and I think I've found that my fisheye settings/crop are getting messed up when you read the saved file back in. So my initial fisheye settings are saved as:

<FisheyeRadius> 1344.28 </FisheyeRadius>
<FisheyeCoffX> 3.02912 </FisheyeCoffX>
<FisheyeCoffY> 22.8791 </FisheyeCoffY>

But re-opening messes up these values (the crop circle is much bigger) and looks like this:

<FisheyeRadius> 2634.55 </FisheyeRadius>
<FisheyeCoffX> 0 </FisheyeCoffX>
<FisheyeCoffY> 0 </FisheyeCoffY>

This is enough to mangle the results.

I'm using a Canon 5D and Sigma 8mm Circular Fisheye for these shots.

Cheers, Simon W.
