I may be mistaken but I believe that it is a Flash security restriction that you can not go directly from HTML to Flash Fullscreen.

Do you have a URL for an example?

Here is one of many references that says it can't be done - from a very experienced krpano hand coder:

Re: virtual in full screen

If you choose to have no navigation menu and it's setup to allow for full screen access, the user needs to right-click and select Full Screen.  There is no way to automate this, the user must click and select full screen with Flash.

Yes you could do that with older version of flash & has been misused like hell to hijack user screens hence the restriction are now in place & flash 8-9-10 wont allow you to do that.
However the full screen can be used if you compile the html in some exe as flash projector.
krprotect allows you to do that.

When you generate a Pano using AutopanoTour you can choose "fullscreen with rotation". Here the fullscreen code is implemented into the html. That´s all.

Or did i misunderstood something?

I think so. I believe the questioner wishes to have a link on a web page that opens a Flash pano/VT fullscreen
