Hello Folks
a friend of mine started making Panoramas and asked me what Program i am using, suprise, its Autopano 
He looked it up and start complaining about the price and asked me wheter there is some kind of student-discount or something similar. I didn't know about anything about something like that, but nevertheless its interesting for me , so i decided to ask this question here, because even the "cheapest" Version of APG(seems to be a bit more comfortable for tours etc.) is about 238€ inkl. taxes.
Just asking for personal interest.

I know that there are free alternatives, but none of them is so powerful as APP or APG

Technically, the cheapest Autopano version is 99 Euro (sans the tax, which is deductable). That's not much even for a student and I doubt one really needs the Giga edition (being a higher end software package) for educational purposes. Still, if Kolor offers some sort of "academic rebate", maybe it'll be best if it is announced on the website/shop?
