At present the Margin parameter is applied all these elements:
The Logo image.
The Navigation bar.
The Panoramas list.
The Map image.

While it might be unusual to use all these elements at the same time in a tour you might well use several of them.

This can lead to a rather unattractive UI for a tour.

I would prefer to have a separate margin parameter for each of these elements.
