[APP 2.07 Win7x64] Critical Errors when using German umlauts

German umlauts ä,ö,ü aren't correctly implemented in APP 2.07. They are replaced with different signs.
In APP 2.06 everything worked fine.

Symptoms:
- When I open a project with pictures in a folder with German umlauts I get a message that pictures are missing. I can click Select Folder, select the identical folder, then APP finds them. (Screenshot pic1.jpg)
- When I try to render a project, I get a Critical Error message that APP cannot write into the temp folder. Reason: APP automatically creates the name "APP2_Zusammengefügte Ebenen" with German umlauts. (Screenshot pic2.jpg)

Workaround:
- Don't use folders with German umlauts.
- Select English Language for APP or manually change the Layer name every time you start a new panorama.

I urge you not to use any special characters in your file/directory names, and that includes periods other than the one separating the name from the extension. Why? Because you are likely to cause yourself grief if you ever need to recover files after a hard drive crash/master boot record corruption/other malfunctions, or in some network sharing situations!

Re: [APP 2.07 Win7x64] Critical Errors when using German umlauts

The problem apparently still exists in APP 2.0.9 (Win 7 64) for Danish characters: After creation of a project where the folder path contains a Danish character (such as "ø") everything is OK. However, if the project is saved and re-opened, I see exactly what has been descriubed with German characters.

The "problem" patch is "<RenderPath> C:/Users/Søren/Desktop/Wernigerode - torv - 16 billeder </RenderPath>" (copied from the ".app" project file).

Best Regards,
Søren
