some notes:
version 0.1 - 2010-01-19
the menue sets are free for autopano and autopano tour users.
all menue sets contain 4 menue variations: navigation, navigation+fullscreen, navigation+fullscreen+rotation, navigation+rotation
difference to original autopano menu set:
gk1 - the underline is missing
gk2 - " - " and all icon corners are equal (top left corner less round)
gk3 - " - " and left and right outside icon with round corners
gk4 - " - " and top left icon corner less round and bottom right corner more round
gk5 - " - " and top left and bottom right icon corner more round
the overview-original-and-gk-menu.png gives an overview of the final menus. The last icon of each set is show in status mouse over.
(The distance from bottom to menu is equal to the original autopano menu set, so if you set Margin
value in Autopano tour to 0 you still have the same margin in final pano like with default autopano menu...)
Installation:
step 1.
copy this archive into the menu folder of your Autopano Tour installation:
The default place in case C:\is your first harddisc is:
C:\Program Files\Kolor\Autopano Tour\Templates\menu
step 2.
copy the following xml files to the above path:
gk1-navigation.xml
gk1-navigation-fullscreen.xml
gk1-navigation-fullscreen-rotation.xml
gk1-navigation-rotation.xml
gk2-navigation.xml
gk2-navigation-fullscreen.xml
gk2-navigation-fullscreen-rotation.xml
gk2-navigation-rotation.xml
gk3-navigation.xml
gk3-navigation-fullscreen.xml
gk3-navigation-fullscreen-rotation.xml
gk3-navigation-rotation.xml
gk4-navigation.xml
gk4-navigation-fullscreen.xml
gk4-navigation-fullscreen-rotation.xml
gk4-navigation-rotation.xml
gk5-navigation.xml
gk5-navigation-fullscreen.xml
gk5-navigation-fullscreen-rotation.xml
gk5-navigation-rotation.xml
step 3.
copy the subfolders gk1, gk2, gk3, gk3a, gk3b, gk3c, gk4 and gk5 of the graphics folder into your graphics folder:
C:\Program Files\Kolor\Autopano Tour\Templates\menu\graphics
step 4.
start Autopano Tour.
under the Tab "Project Properties" -> Tab "Interface" -> "Template" you've 20 addional templates available.

EDIT: 2010-01-24 - I'm using the APT version 1.1.0. beta 6 - was not aware that older versions use different paths or even none of the paths I described...

Sorry, but i have no folder/directory
C:\Program Files\Kolor\Autopano Tour\Templates\menu
i use Windows 7 64bit and Autopano Giga, where is the folder?????

I added a gk6 menu. Its similar like gk1 based on original menu without the underline effect.
to raise the contrast of the menu the gk6 menu has depending on color of pano a light grey background bar under the menu.
I added the resources to APT resources section mentioned in original posting...
2 example sceenshots where you can see the effect of the background bar and the visibility depending on the background color:

no. unfortunately not. the whole system did change since I created the menues for "autopano tour 1.0.1".
and until now theres no docu available how to create an own theme for 1.6 panotour pro...
so what I can do: I hereby give permission to grab my files to convert them to panotour 1.6 and also to alter them so sound logo etc can be included... ;-))
