I think autopano should update the software with a copyright water mark tool. After stitching with autopano we'll need to write our name and copyright water mark below the final panorama. In my opinion it's a necessity for it.

Yes. You're right. But this option will be a useful tool for many persons.

AutoPano already is too complex: too many features, too many choices in the GUI. Any additional features should be added by a separate program, when possible. In the case of adding a copyright watermark, using a separate post-rendering program is quite possible. The program can read the rendered panorama, use the size to choose a text size, use the current time to modify the text, then write out a new image with your copyright information added.
Since you are writing the program yourself, you have full control over its operation. You can place the text where you want, use whatever font you please, word the message to meet your requirements, etc. Adding such a feature to a commercial program like AutoPano would require a page of options in the GUI, and it would probably require three releases before it was flexible enough for everyone.
When you finish the program, please post a pointer to it so others can use it as a starting point for writing their own copyright water mark post-processor.

You can create a logo on the equirectangular image which is used for the pano.
You also can create watermarks in Photoshop using Digimarc - which costs some money but is watching worldwide over your copyright.

Yes. I always use Picasa or Irfanview for copyright watermark.Notice that low grades panorama softwares such as ArcSoft have copyright watermark tool but Autopano as a good software doesn't have and so we have to go to the 3rd party softwares!!

Theres no need for a watermark tool in APP. Its just feature bloat. APP rendering is NOT the last stage before publishing.
