Festung Hohehnsalzburg - Waydescription up to the theatre stage

Last Summer I made a tour showing the way upstairs to the Festung Hohensalzburg guiding the audience to the theatre stage.

(I did no single postproduction step with this tour - no nadir, no ghosts  no individual interface etc.)

This is a very enjoyable tour. It's a gorgeous location, and your photos do it justice. Thanks for letting us have a look.

I got turned around and lost numerous times. I certainly could have used a map.

Are you permitted to use a tripod up at the Festung?

no problem to use the tripod, merlin, notebook and all the other hardware. no problem at all. Real problem was to wait until scenery is emty to avoind ghosts postprocessing.
The map feature was not included in the APT version actual last summer. And know how to implement myself with krpano was not available. map is definitivly a good feature for this kind of tour. The pulldown tourlist has/had also some backdraws. the width of the pulldownmenu seems to be limited and does not reflect the width of the pano-names and no real customizable way exist to sort the list of panos (from inside APT, not postprocessing the sourcecode)

If I find some time I'll update the tour with map & thumbnails

A beautiful place and virtual tour. It reminded of my visit 23 years back. I only had some film shoots that time. No virtual tours yet I supposed. Salsburg was the site of the movie, Sound of Music.

I am a newbie and slowly learning virtual tour in autopano giga, with the aid of APT and krpano tools.

Best regards,
Manuel.
