Hello,
I bought this week an Olympus PEN. After processing the pics in autopano and save it as jpg --> the EXIF data were lost. I use LightRoom and also the Sony A100.
I don't have a problem with the Sony A100, only with the Olympus PEN regarding the EXIF data.
Can you help me?
Best regards

;) You can help users of this Olympus camera by sending an email to support@autopano.net and by attaching an unprocessed image to the mail.
If your camera is an Olympus Pen E-P1 (that is not the more recent model Olympus Pen E-P2) it should be recognized, provided you are using the most recent version of Autopano Pro or Giga.
If your camera is the newer Olympus Pen E-P2 you could try to add the following line
Olympus;PEN E-P2;2.000
next to the PEN E-P1 line in the file camera.txt (under Windows the pathname is C:\Program Files\Kolor\Autopano Pro 2\resources\camera.txt or C:\Program Files\Kolor\Autopano Giga 2\resources\camera.txt)

Hi all,
I found the root cause. The naming in the file camera.txt is wrong. Must be Olympus;E-P1;1.911 ----- not Olympus;EP-1;1.911. ![]()
Best regards

Hmmm that explains a lot, having in mind I have a PEN also and I wondered why it's not recognized by APP. However, why the 1.911 crop?

they popped in the E-30 sensor 18 mm (H) x 13.5 mm (V) , which is bit larger than the other 4/3 sensors 17.3 mm (H) x 13.0 mm (V)

Yeah, but I thought the "official" crop factor is 2.0?

I've just found this bug. I've not tried the solution but it is still present in the 2.5 beta and the latest 2.0.9
These cameras will be popular for landscapes and the fix looks easy to implement in the installation software.

For RC release, there will be a massively updated cameras.txt / lensid.txt. Quite 200 new cameras supported and a lot of new lenses too.

But I can confirm this is the correct line in the file for 2.5 beta 1:
Olympus;E-P1;1.911

Actually it isn't working now. I've no idea why.
