This is not something new and specific to APG V2 - AFAIK this has been the case wity all current and earlier versions of APP.

In essence I would like it very much if the two linked images were display such that the adjacent sides were always next to each other - it would make it very much easier to edit CPs - regardless of whether the two images are selected by selecting a link or by multi-selecting by image no/filename.
