When or what is the fit case to enable Lens Distortion?

Lesn distortion is the fact of correcting pincushion distortion or so.
When shooting long focal, it can often be disabled ( 100 mm or more ).
The shorter the focal, the more you need it. It will also depend on the quality of your lens.
For fisheye, you definitively need it.

So shooting with 10mm I should keep it enabled, that's what I do.
