HI, Im trying to stitch a room together of an HDR image. I first combined the like shots in photomatix and came up with 5 source images which I stitched together in AP Pro with no problem. The issue is, when I went back and tried to use the same original images shot at EV0 to stitch a non HDR version of the same panorama (so I could use to blend with the HDR version) the pano came out differently.
All of the room is there, however from left to right it started in a different spot than the HDR one did so I cant lay them over one another. Any ideas how to better accomplish this?
Thank you
Adam

You will have to use the Centre tool to give each pano the same centre.

Thanks! Ill give that a spin. Sounds easy enough. Hopefully all solutions will be this easy!

I'm not clear on what you mean, but remember that Photomatix by default crops the HDR to fit all source images, so your tonemapped file could be a bit smaller than the 0EV ones.

Put all the files (HDR and Ev0) into one pano, stitch it and then output as PS with embedded layers.
If you feel lucky, make two layers in APP (this is different than the render "layers" option) and output each separately, I think you can't use smartblend which distorts images.
