I was hoping that APG would feature a PTgui like multi-layer output capability.
In such an ideal case, the individual layers are included in a post wrapping, post blending stage, meaning that simple masking makes it very easy to decide what image you want to use when dealing with moving objects.
As of now the multi-layer output is basically useless:
- there are differences of warping between the individual images and the final one,
- the individual layers are not blended

This exists since v1 of the software.
It's called layer output and you can choose which layer ( individual picture ) you want to include in the rendering or not.
