Epic has row-by-col and col-by-row now
BUT: there is no new stitcher yet and the old needs col-by-row

Stitcher 4.3864 has a setting under options. Ask customer support for a link to the new stitcher download.

but should'nt it be a challenge for you to increase the support level?
