Hi All
I recently purchased an N800 on ebay and reinitailized it and updated with latest SW from Nokia. This has installed OS2008.
I'm stuck with the install. I tried to follow the guid, but not sure whether I should follow the N800 track or the N810 one. (The N800 says OS2008, so I assumed it's that one.)
The install guide here (http://trac.gbiloba.org/papywizard/wiki … uide#Nokia) says "Add this catalogue entry in the Application Manager:" or click here. I clicked where it says click here and it then asks me if I want to save or open. i click open and it says it's incompatible.
It then says I need python, but in distribution says; bora (770/N800) or chinook (N810)
Do I choose chinook for OS2008?
Anything else needed?

OK - use this install instructions page:

...and follow the track for the N810 if you have the latest release of OS2008 on your N800 (N800 and N810 use the same latest release of OS2008) and you'll be up and running in no time.

Thanks. Worked a treat. now all I need is my Tronisoft kit and Orion, but neither arrive for 2 weeks!

Hi Mark,
It's easy with the correct set of instructions isn't it? 
Two weeks is long wait - is that the delivery time for an Orion in the US?
Does it really take two weeks for a postal delivery of the Tronisoft kit from the UK. The excellent USPS Global Priority Mail service from the US to UK is much quicker than that, perhaps our benighted Royal Mail service doesn't match that, or are they currently out of stock at Tronisoft?

I've got a friend coming over, so he bought the tronisoft kit for me and is bringing over. The Orion is a birthday present (Feb 3rd)

Should be great birthday then! That is as long as your ever vigilant Homeland Security service don't get too perturbed by the Tronisoft kit! You'd better get him to take the URLs for relevant topics on this site in case he needs to explain. We don't want your friend to end up in Guantanamo.
