I'm taking my photos in RAW mode. Since Autopano can open these RAW files (.CR2), I decided to give it a go. See the attached image. Note the colors on the left from RAW originals are fine. After Autopano did the initial processing I get the image on the right. The colors are completely wrong. Can someone give me good reason for this or is there something I still need to learn about using the original RAW images with Autopano?
If I process and save the RAW images to JPG everything is fine.

Seems your camera Canon 450D is not yet supported, are you using the latest version of APP 1.42?

The latest beta support it directly, but it's still a beta with some issue in it.

I see you need or at least I need to turn the pitch by -90 degrees to orient the panorama.
But is seems to work fine there...
