Hello Alexandre,
I did a second try with those images listed below. I took those pictures without a tripod. ;-) but I tried to respect the rotation axe.

2. http://photooo.free.fr/content/images/p … B_7808.JPG

5. http://photooo.free.fr/content/images/p … E_7811.JPG
6. http://photooo.free.fr/content/images/p … F_7812.JPG
My final result is here.

The question is simple : how to remove the ghost effect around the boat in the middle of the panorama? Is there a function, or special parameters, a way to ask APP to fine tune an area...?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best,
Sebastien

Actually the best way to do that is using PSD output with layer to get the final blended panorama and every projected pictures as a separated layer. You'll be able to do in photoshop whatever you want for the final merge.
We planned to support alpha channel in input format for the next release which help to solve that two.
Finally, the best solution will be to wait for our futur anti ghost blender. It's planned for within 2 months.
