Got my new Bophoto Travel Bracket for the FC-E8 FE today - made to order and delivered to the UK in just 9 days.
I have yet to get hold of the Manfrotto MN259B tripod extension to be used as a rotator, when mounting on a tripod; no stock anywhere in the UK so backordered with 4/5 week delivery delay.
Anyway attached my Nikon P5100 and just shot off a quick 4-around cropped FE set to create my first pano - handheld.
Zoomed out a bit to get cropped FE images - shot at just 2MP fine JPEG, programmed auto, ISO 200, autoWB, shortest exposure was 1/10 sec and I'm not good an handheld shots. Resized for forum and sharpened in post.
Yes, the WB is way off, and stitch is not perfect, etc, etc, but I was quite pleased with how good it is considering.
Holds great promise for use as a very compact and lightweight pano camera system on a monopod in daylight outdoors I think - which was why I got this setup together.

I have finally completed my compact and lightweight pano setup - Nikon 12MP P5100, UR-E20 adapter, FC-E8 FE convertor, Bophoto pano bracket, spigot 3/8-1/4, Alptech Photo Hiking pole.
I finally found a suitable spigot (3/8 male to 1/4 female) to attach the Bophoto bracket to the photo-hiking pole on eBay in the US.
