sometimes I notice that after I make a change to tone mappers, etc it doesn't do a blend of the images again and I can see visible transitions between 2 adjacent images. But if I rotate +1, crop, or anything that moves the image it will re-blend.

Can you force the program to refresh the master project more often when changes are made?
